- Zombie deals· stale 60 / 90 / 180+ days
- Ownership vacuum· records with no active owner
- Attribute graveyard· fields under 5% populated
- Pipeline stalls· stuck stages, skewed distribution
- Junk companies· no deal, no person, no domain
- Invalid emails / phones· unparseable or missing
- Broken webhooks· silent failures, orphaned endpoints
- Task debt· overdue + deactivated assignees
- Meeting coverage gaps· calls without notes
